Went Wild Wild Wet with Joan, Xinyan and Melissa yesterday. Kinda bad day I can say because while playing half way, it rains and we got to stop.

We plan to stop playing and prepare to bath since the rain is so heavy so we went to the locker and we are about to plug the key into the key hole but who knows JOAN suddenly stop us and covered the key hole with her hands. She said that she doesn't want to leave just like this, she wanted to wait for awhile and see whether will the rain stop. So we decided to wait for the rain to stop instead.

We sat aside and chat for a few minutes and the rain really seems lighter so we decided to wait again and see how's the situation. Lucky enough that the rain did stop after a few minutes and so we continue playing.

After playing in Wild Wild Wet, we went for our dinner in the food court at Downtown East, right outside Wild Wild Wet. All of use bought the food in the Korean stall. Joan and Xinyan said that the food are not bad but it's kinda little but to me it seems so much. I finish the beef but I can't even swallow the rice. I feel so full after eating.

After that we went to E!Hub and we played the 4D roller coaster rides at level 3(forgotten the name of that machine). Quite fun but it's kinda short.

After playing, Joan and Xinyan went to watch movie while Melissa and I shop around Downtown East. I was waiting for Joel to fetch me home and Melissa was waiting for Jorelle's boyfriend.

Jorelle's boyfriend wanted to buy something for Jorelle to welcome her back to Singapore on 29 September 2010 from Shanghai so he asked Melissa out to help him choose a gift for her.

Kinda weird huh? She went for 5 days only and it seems like years to them. I'm not sure if I go overseas for months what will Joel do for me. I don't even think he will do anything because Joel and I don't think it is necessary to do so much stuff. As long as we love each other and put each other in our heart that's already more than enough for us. Another thing is, don't you find it weird when a girlfriend went overseas and the boyfriend meet up his girlfriend's friend? If I'm Jorelle, I will definitely be damn angry even though I can act as if I don't care but I can say that the heart will somehow feel uneasy seeing my boyfriend going out with my own friend when I'm not around.

Okay! Nevermind! Back to the topic! Jorelle's boyfriend came and we went to E!Hub's level 3 to see some printed Tees but he thinks that it's not that worthy because the prints seem like it will fade after a few wash. So he decided to walk around and see is there still some other choice. We shop for a while and he still can't decide what to buy and Melissa told him to take his dinner first and shop again after his dinner.

He just ate finish, Joel came. So I just go off and leave them behind to shop for Jorelle's gift.

Told Joel this and his reaction was like, "Huh? Why does your friend's boyfriend meet Melissa when she's not around?" (same reaction when I heard that they are meeting each other)

Wow! It had been months for not updating my blog.

Been to Chua Chu Kang ITE open house on 2nd to 4th September by doing head and shoulder massage for the students and lecturers. Quite tiring actually but it's kind of fun after all.

Next Monday will be my Make-up practical exam already. I must do more practice at home then.

Done lots of exercises today after reaching home beacuse I intend to tone my muscles and feel like training six packs too. Can that be possible?

I have been neglecting my blog for quite some time. I'm busy with my exam the pass few months and now I'm free! I'm having my mid-year vacation now. Kind of miss school already. I'm now so excited for my new module to start.

It has been quite some time since I last update. I really had not much time this few weeks. I've been staying at my NEW boyfriend, Joel's house all the while and couldn't had a chance to update my blog.

I'm very happy to have Joel with me and I really appreciate what he had done and how he pampered me. Compare to Ben, Joel is much more gentleman and much more caring. I feel happy all the time when I'm with Joel. He can really makes me smile, makes me happy and makes me feel I'm alive.

Break off

Has already break off with TAN JUN SIEN ..

Met Joel on Friday night. We went to Kovan and had some drinks, while chatting I told him how Ben treated me. Told him that he has been beating me and how he control me.

I've tried to break of with him once and he threaten me to death after that I was so afraid to say break off .. but Joel gave me the courage to actually get a clean break with him.

That day was so happening .. The police came because Ben took knife from my house when he saw me coming home with Joel. He thought Joel is my new boyfriend at that point of time. Sigh .. I've repeated the story for so many times... Don't feel like saying it anymore.

Just wanna say that I've already break off with Ben and that's it!!

Dear dear and I went to the night market (Pasar Malam) yesterday at Toa Payoh Central. We ate some junk food for our dinner and it's damn full.

After eating, we went so some shopping but we didn't manage to buy anything there. So we decided to watch movie. At 10pm, we went to TPY Entertainment Center to buy our movie tickets, the movie was choose randomly.

After buying the ticket, we went into the game arcade to kill our time but the arcade closed at 11pm. We still have 35 more minutes to go...

Went to have some drinks at the coffee shop nearby and by the time we finish our drinks, it's time for us to go into the theater.

The movie was quite nice but I don't really like the ending.

After movie we walked home and that's my day......

Today is a bad day for me! FUCK YOU FLORENCE SIM!!!

Day was spoilt by Florence Sim, our CSV teacher, at the very start of the day. We was having PE right after her lesson so we wear our PE attire to school but she's damn FUCKING inflexible. Her lesson start at 8.30am and our PE lesson start at 9.30am. It's just 1 hour and she wanted us to change to our uniform in order to attend her fucking lesson! So ... we did...

We took our height and weight during our PE, our teacher says if we wanna run after taking our weight we can go on so I ran 2 rounds at the stadium in school but most of them didn't run.

I was so hungry after that, during EFC, because I didn't had my breakfast this morning. At that particular moment, I was so eager to go for break. When break time, we went to "cafeteria 1" and there was no sits available. We was looking for available sits for 10 to 15 minutes and still there was no sits, so I suggested that we should go cafeteria 2 instead. BUT that Yuling was so stubborn, she insisted staying at cafe 1. My blood started to boil then!! I tried to calm myself down by standing aside. Clarice, Kacie, Betty and I decided to go elsewhere and eat. By the way, today is Clarice's birthday and her day was also spoilt. I guess she was even more angrier than me.

I'm having fever and sore throat now and feeling so weak! I don't want to take any MC because tomorrow will be my first lesson. Don't wish to miss any lesson. No MC for me this entire year as I'm actually a MC Queen.

I used to take MC often no matter I'm studying or working but now I'm going to be very determine for not taking any MCs anymore. Why would you miss out your lesson and fail your papers whereby you pay so much for your school fee, books, so on and so forth?

For most kids or teenagers couldn't understand this theory cause they don't really understand how hard they need to work for those MONEY.

When I was 16, I also don't really know what hard earn money is even I was working part-time than.

When you really step into the society you will know how important money are, unless you are from a very rich family or you can don't really need to work for a living, this will makes you take things for granted. If not you will know no matter how much money you earn, will always be not enough.

Try to understand your parents. If you are from a normal family, your parents need to pay for house loan/rental, utility bills, phone bills, insurance, foods and many more. If you are using their money, they need to pay for your allowance, your school fees, your books, your stationary, your transport too.

Some of your parents need to pay more just like mine or even more than mine. As for my parents they need to pay for the Internet, cable TV, dog's food, maid's pay and others. For my family, my utility bills can go up to $500 and my house phone bills can go up to $200. For normal family, their utility bills are around $30 - $60 and house phone bills won't exceed $40 or maybe won't even exceed $20.

If you are in their shoes, you will understand how money are important. I've once living home and had to work just to had a meal, I can tell you that's not easy. I don't request much that time, I just want to have a meal and have some transport money to go to work and that was already so hard. Can you imagine that my net pay was around $700 - $800 and still not enough? I didn't even went shopping at that time and yet my money was not enough for me to spend. By the next pay day(end of the month), my bank will left around $10 - $20.

Dah .. Too nagging right?? Ha ha .. Suddenly I have so much thoughts in mind. Don't mind me for being so nagging like an old lady but I can say all the above mentions are true.

Time seems to pass so fast. One week passed and going to start lesson on Monday already. So fast yet so excited. Know quite a lot of friend there, mostly or I can say all are my classmates. I never really know anybody in other class nor other course.

I'm currently in Beauty Therapy and have 39 other classmates!! Next class?? Don't really know them or I can say I don't even remember any of their face nor talk to them before but for the second term we would have an elective for what we are going to learn so both my class and next class will split and combine.

Wow!! I'm back to school again!!

Tomorrow will be my first day of school. I'm quite excited now, thinking how would it be like in school, how will my classmate be, how's my school life there.

From tomorrow onwards I got to change back my sleeping habits already. I have not been sleeping early since I left Springfield. I'm wondering whether can I manage to turn my my sleeping habits or not because I'm not tired at all now. I actually plan to sleep at 10pm today but I don't think I can fall asleep that early. Or maybe I can try sleeping at 12am?? Will it be a little late? Or maybe I should by some alcoholic drinks so that I can sleep early?

Dah .. Whatever it is I got to force myself to bed early today!!

Went Toa Payoh Central with Eden which is Ben, my fiance, today. When we were about to go home, we went to Guardian and bought some stuffs. We went out of the shop and we smells something like shit and we take a look at what actually gave out that smell. It was just next door, I can't really imagine this is happening. THE SEWAGE BURST AND OVERFLOWED!!

Can you imagine the feces coming out of the sewer? Take a look at the pictures below and see how's the situation.

This tells us that we better don't shit so much. The sewage cannot take it anymore! If you shit too much then you better don't eat so much so that you won't shit that much! Haha!! Just kidding! :p

Can hardly have a good sleep and a good meal this few weeks.

Last Wednesday, Ben and I went jogging from 3pm to 7pm. Our starting point is from our house, we jog all the way till Upper Thomson road by Bishan Park(the whole Bishan Park). Before I jog, I assume that I cannot make it but who knows in the end I made.

This few days I can hardly eat anything. Whenever I eat just a bit more I'll vomit all out but I've got some outcome. I'm 56kg and waist line is 27 inches now. Before that I weight 70kg and had a waist of 34 inches. How much difference is it? I can't even believe I really made it but my aim is 52kg.

My 21st Birthday is reaching!! I'll be opening chalet at downtown east on the 26, 27 and 28. The celebration will be on the 27th September 2009, Sunday. Feeling so excited now, can't wait for that day to come. Hope to see you guys there. :)

Another off day...

Didn't when home last night. Ben when to look for me after his work. Actually we planned to watch movie but there isn't much movie left for that point of time.

While we were at the box office we saw Andrew Ong and some of his friends. He is still the same as before but the only different is that he's a little fatter now.

Since there was no movie to watch, we went for our dinner at Center Point's McDonald. When we finish our dinner it's about midnight and there were no more train so we went to CyberDome @ Concorde Hotel which is previously called Meridian Hotel. We played from 12mn to around 7.30am but we took the 8hours package, so we wasted 30 minutes because I really can't take it anymore. Really too tired, I felt asleep in the LAN Shop while I was playing game. I slept for around 1 hour plus.

I'll always sleep in the Lan shop when we took the whole night package. Yesterday was on my treat because it was my suggesstion. Total cost is $24 for 2 person.

Reach home at around 8.30am, bath and sleep, woke up at 3 plus. Watch some TV show and had my dinner. After dinner when cycling with Ben around 8pm and came back around 11.30pm.

After a day of work..

Work morning shift today and the time pass so fast, I feel like working alone the whole day. It's just me alone!!

Came to work at 9.30am and I expect someone to work with me in the morning but nobody came till the afternoon shift.

-Lina came at 1.40pm.
-I went for my break when she came.
-Relief Wisma after my break for 1 hour.
-Back at Scotts at 3.50pm.
-Replenish my stock.
-Dilah came at 4pm.
-Dilah pack the mini-storeroom.
-Lina when for her break at 4.30pm.
*Alone again till 5.30pm.
-When home at 5.40pm.

That's what I do the whole day at work. Only 30 + 10 + 10 minutes that I'm not alone.
So total is 50 minutes!!

After work go home straight because Ben coming to my house for dinner. After dinner we watch some TV show and he went to my room to play some computer games. He went back at around 10pm. That is what I do the whole day and a day has pass just like that. I really feel that 24hour a day is not enough for me or maybe I can say for most people. If I have 48 hours a day and 8 hours of work it will be so damn wonderful man. Everybody wish for that I guess.

Went market with Ben after his work for his dinner.

It's about time we wanted to go home after eating and suddenly there was a huge strong wind coming and then heavy rain out of a suddenly. It was just like we were in the center of a Tornado... Trees' branch broke and leaves were spinning on the ground.. At that time I was so afraid that it might be a Tornado. Because it was not just a tree but several trees' branch had broke and fell. The most serious ones is at Blk 222's car park. The tree broke and blocked the whole car park lane from left to right, the length is about 2.5 meters long, block infront of 3 to 4 cars.

You will say Singapore will not have a Tornado and you will say I'm thinking too much right?

It has been quite a long time since I last update. Got nothing special happen this few days actually so I didn't blog.

Oh ya, about the last post I wrote.. I said that I got an interview right? The next day that lady called and said she got a meeting so she say she'll call me but in the end she didn't but a guy called yesterday and asked me to go down to their main office for an interview. I'm still wondering should I go or not. I think I rather go find another job. They are giving me a feeling that they are fooling me around. I once called the lady and she say she doesn't remember she once called me to go for an interview. Such a person I rather don't work for her. I think that the company managing has some problem. I went for so many interviews and this is the first time that I saw quite a big company manage in this way. Dah .. I don't wanna talk about it anymore.

I went to watch Taken The Grand Cathay today. The ticket is free.. why? Because it a gala ticket which my dad gave it to me. Saw lots off people like Aida, Zul, Eugene, Hana, Hana's sister, Mark and a guy always with Zul... Ops!! I forgot his name!! (The plum guy wearing spectacles.) So sorry I forgot your name. lolx. Can anyone tell me his name so that I can remember. Oh ya if anyone saw Zul and that guy please help me say thanks to them. I'm too rush today that I didn't say thanks for their treat.

So stress now!! I'm still thinking whether to go or not to go. Haiz!!

Went East Cost to camp on Tuesday with Ben. So lucky that it did not rain or we'll be drown in our tent because I lost the shade for the tent. Ben saw two shooting stars but I miss it because I was looking else where when he saw the shooting star. Too bad for me but I still enjoy the trip.

This morning BlueMax called me for an interview tomorrow and I was confused, not sure I want to study or work. Ask lots of people for their oppinion and all of them gave me the same answer. They all say that I should take the job first but I really like the course I wanted to take. It's Digital Video & Audio Production at Ang Mo Kio ITE. It's a full time course so I can only choose either one, work or studies. So I decided to go for the interview first and see whether I got that job or not. If I fail, I'll continue my studies.

Feels so tired this few days, at night I'll sleep for a few hours and I'm totally awake but in the evening I'll start to get tired and I went to sleep again. Usually I don't take nap but this few days I got this habit of taking nap. Don't know what happen, can't sleep at night but can sleep in the evening. Funny habit huh?

Blocking ears

Has not recover from my stupid flu but no more sore throat already yet another problem came up. Now I feel that my right ear is stuck!! It's so uncomfortable, this problem has been bugging me for a few days already.

Now I can't really hear with my right ear, not totally can't hear la but it would be very soft. I've tried lots of ways but they doesn't seems to be working. I've tried swallowing saliva, blow my nose hard, drink lots of water and none of these work at all.

Does anyone has any idea that can sove my problem please tell me. I really don't want to be bug by this stupid problem. It really make me feel so uncomfortable.

Kinda sick this few days.

I'm having a very bad flu, sore throat and feels so tired. I've been sick for 2 weeks plus or even more then that. Not just flu and sore throat but I'm having gastric pain too.
What is wrong with my body??

No matter what I do, I'll feel very uncomfortable with it. I've tried to entertain myself with games and TV show but none of them works right. I will have a very strange feeling when I'm playing game or watching TV.
This isn't normal right? Not sure about that but I don't think it's normal to feel this way.

Maybe I should make myself sleep at a normal time so I won't fell adnormal -
(it's just a joke, it has no logic at all). =)

Taiwan Celebrities Criticise Singaporeans' English

I'm so angry now after watching this video on youtube. I guess all of you would have the same feeling as me after watching it.

Those Taiwanese can't even speak proper English yet still criticise us as if a kid teaching an adult how to eat with a spoon. Can you imagine that we criticise Caucasians'(Ang Mos') English? or an Ang Mo criticise China's Chinese? Hey please learn your basic simple English before you start criticising others!!!

I've made 3 comments on that video itself, you can imagine how angry I am now. If an Ang Mo says our English standard is bad I got nothing to say but they are Taiwanese!!!

This is what we call Singaporeans' English (Singlish) which I think I'm proud of that. If you are going to speak proper English with them I don't think they can even understand a single word!! If I had a chance to go to Taiwan one day, I'm not going to speak Mandarin with them till they really can't take it...

My Valentine's Day present

Ben bought me a bouquet of fake flowers he wrap himself. Why fake? Because ... I told him I love fake flowers more than real flowers. It's Kinda plain right? He told me that all the fake leafs are sold out so he got no choice that to make it plain but the sales assistant told him to mix it with real leafs but he thinks that if he buy real leafs and fake flowers it will be very weird. A day with Angelia

Planing our trip
Angelia and I has planed to go out today since yesterday night but until this afternoon we are still not sure where should we go so we decided to meet up first and we decide later. Before meeting each other, Angelia went to her mom's shop to pass her something so I came down a bit later then her and wait for her to return back. It was around 4.45pm when I went down and it was raining so heavily that Angelia was unable to come back.
(So unlucky lo, why should it rain when we are going out and why don't it rain when we are not going out?)
We decided to wait for the rain to stop. She came back at 5.10pm when the rain is not that heavy and we sat at the void deck to discuss where should we go.

After all we decided to go to AMK hub and it's already 5.50pm when we made our final decision.
The rain stop before we have our decision. That's a good thing. =)

Cathay AMK
The first place we go when we reach AMK is Cathay. Actually we was planing to look for Desmond but I don't think he's around, we saw Halil instead. It has been 1 year plus already since I last saw him at The Cathay. I think he's now a Assistant Theater Manager(ATM) already or a Theater Manager, not very sure about that actually.

Saw James also but I'm sure that he's a ATM now. All has already promoted, if I didn't leave at that time I think I'm also a manager now.

Looking for a present
Angelia is looking for a present for her friend's birthday. We look around and not sure what to buy for her. Angelia was planing to buy a key pendent for her since it's her 21th birthday but all those pendent we saw it's either too expensive or it's no very nice.

Shop for some other stuff too but still not very suitable. After all she has make a decision, she decided to buy either a Wine or a Champaign but she's not buying today. She plan to buy it later after she ask Jason for his opinion.

Bought some stuff too but I'm not going to say what it is until it's time to say it.

Our dinner
We are not sure what to have for our dinner yet ant it's going to 8pm soon. We actually wanted to go somewhere else to have our dinner but on our way to the car park, we saw this advertisement for a Japanese fast-food Restaurant, don't remember it's name already. It's some where near the Cash Converter. So we went there to have our dinner. Before going, Angelia went to extent her parking coupon. I wait for her at a shop near the car park to see some stuff and I bought the thing I mention above at that shop.

We both ate Katsudon for our dinner at only $2.90(excluding GST) for a set which include appetizer, miso soup, fruits and free flow of green tea. Cheap right? It's worthy because we both can't even finish the rice it's actually the normal size of Katsudon you eat outside but it's so much cheaper then what you buy outside.

The bad thing is their service SUCKS. The waitress there talk so impolitely when she was taking her order. She talks in a way like "ai chap bo chap" or I can say the "sian sian face".
Let's not talk about the waitress now, normally at a restaurant, you take order from your table and at a fast food restaurant, you take your order at the counter am I right? BUT..... this restaurant take your order at your table and the the waitress will ask you to pay your bills at the counter after she has taken your order. We were like "huh? Why is it like this?" so we pause there for a second and the waitress was standing by our table waiting for us to pay up NOW!! What the hell!! What kind of service is that?? Waitress is so damn fucking attitude and what a stupid idea of ordering your food. I might as well go to the counter straight and take my order there. Anyway the food is cheap what should I expect??

NOTE: It's only Katsudon for $2.90, other dishes is about $3.90-$5.90.

Reaching home
Went home after dinner, not straight home actually.. We sat at the void deck to chat for awhile and went to Angelia's house after that because she wants to go to the washroom. Awhile later Angelia and her sister went to my house and play Mahjong's with me and Mei. Ben came too after his work so he join in instead of Mei playing. She got to go school tomorrow so she can't stay up late. Angelia's mom came up too... We were just playing for fun with no gambling. 好孩子不赌博的(Good kids don't gamble)。

They went home at around mid-night and I accompany Ben for his dinner after they went home. After his dinner, we went home too.

I really enjoy myself today. It's really fun to spend time with you!! Thanks Angelia =)

Milo is a mischievous but cute dog, he will be so friendly to those people he likes but will be very aggressive to those he don't like.

Which kind of people he don't like??

He hate kids(age 3-10) and he don't like most of the old people.

Why he hate kids?

He thought all of the kids is like my brother so no matter how once kids is trying to touch him he will show out his teeth. I'm not very sure why he hate my brother so much maybe it's because we pampered my brother too much or maybe my brother keeps on bullying him.

Why he don't like older people?

I don't know. Whenever I bring him down for a walk and we saw old people he will always rush to them fiercely or bark at them. Maybe he is scared of them but why? I'm also not very sure.

FUCKING Coffee Shop Auntie

Went to the coffee shop at block 211 which is near my house with Ben's for his dinner just now and guess what, the seafood restaurant were burning offerings outside a shop which is just next to the coffee shop and ashes were flying around. Due to those ashes, we sat further away from the fire but there were no difference at all so I asked the auntie at the coffee shop whether she can close up the shelter on top and she said that the shelter can only close up when it rains.

What the FUCK!! Those ashes fell from the top lo!!

I really feel like making a complain to the Ministry of Environment but I don't think they will even care about this.

I didn't even finish my drink just now because some ashes fell into it. I'M SO DAMN ANGRY!! I know ashes can be dank but those ashes from the offerings are not mend to drink lo. Burning offerings is normal but can't the coffee do anything?? Is that so difficult to close up the shelter on top??

I was OK with the auntie before, I will always talk and joke with her whenever I saw her but from today onwards I'm not going to be so friendly to her anymore. I super hate this kind of people lo. If you are too friendly to them they will thought that you had already treat them as a friend so no matter what favor you ask from them they will reject it. So I'll say that don't be too frendly to everyone some of them are not worth to be so friendly to them. I'm a customer after all and this is the way she treat a customer.

Went to Mimi's husband's shop yesterday because Mei and her Lion Dance Troupe came to perform there. The lion head was being played by Yida(Mei's boyfriend) and Mei was playing the Cymbals(buah). Here are the videos of their lion dance yesterday.

After the lion dance they had their lunch there and after they went off we sat there for awhile then we went to Ikea Queensway for some shopping. We bought a side-table for $9.90(quiet nice but too bad no picture), some towels and a dustbin. After that we went outside to eat the Ikea's hot dog. I ate the hot dog without the bun because I can't take any carbohydrate now and Roy ate the Ice-cream there.

After eating we went opposite to Anchorpoint then to Queensway Shopping Center. Bought a 8GB memory stick for PSP at Queensway SC.

Finish shopping, we took a cab back to uncle's(Mimi's husband) shop to had our dinner and the picture below was our dinner that day.

Happy Chinese New Year everyone!!

So busy this few days so got no time to blog. Got something interesting today to show you.

This video below was taken by Mimi's friend while they were burning offerings for Tua Li Ya Pek (大二爷伯).

It was just one of them at first and then it became two, the second one disappear very fast or maybe the first one go back and then the second one take over ba.. I don't know because they look alike. Take a look at the video and you'll know what I'm saying. So enjoy!!

Mimi told me that her friend once took a video of the offerings for the seventh month and recorded lots of spirits in it so I decided to do the same thing in this coming seventh month to confirm is there such a thing on Earth because I can't really make myself to believe in ghost. I know a lot of people will say don't do this but I know what I'm doing, I'll still do the necessary respect so don't worry ok?

Preparing Ngor Hiang for Chinese New Year

I went to grandma's house this afternoon to prepare Ngor Hiang(五香) for our Reunion dinner on this Sunday. We warp it, steam it and then fried it but we'll fried it on Sunday afternoon because if we fried now it will not be tasty by then. This is a video of how we prepare the Ngor Hiang.

It's mei mei!! A lot right? I also got help out okie I warp a lot too! All these are for New Year Eve, 1st day of CNY and 2nd day of CNY! 3 days leh! The video can't see faces right because mei mei don't want to be film at first so I promise not to film her face then she let me film de.. :)

We will eat this only on once a year!! I actually love all these New Year food because it's so tasty and we seldom can eat it, those selling at the hawker can't even compare to my grandma's.

Every year we'll have Ngor Hiang at Mimi's side and for my dad's side we'll have bamboo shoots. The bamboo shoots is also damn nice to eat but not a lot of people dare or like to eat it. My grandpa has a secret recipe to prepare and cook it. Mimi is cooking the bamboo shoot this year and I was actually planing to bring some to my grandpa's place to compare the different. Am I very bad to do so?? I just wanna see whether Mimi's bamboo shoots can taste at least 80% like my grandpa's.

We went home at 8pm and after we went home we watch TV(ch8) till 10pm and we went to Toa Payoh Central's NTUC for some food and drinks for Sunday and CNY.

Why so late??
Mimi says it will be feel different to shop at night and only CNY the supermarket will then open till so late at night.

Why NTUC not Shop&Save?? Shop&Save is always 24hr.
Because Mimi has $200 NTUC voucher!!

We went to the NTUC near the Entertainment Center, it's not that crowded as the one at the Interchange. Mimi's husband(my step-dad) just came from that NTUC and he says that it was so crowded over there. Bought lots of things today. We finish shopping at around midnight so we decided to take bus home since it's still early. We miss one bus when we reach the bus-stop so we just wait for another. While we were waiting, Mimi's husband call us to take cab home and he and his friend take the bus. Mimi and boy was so happy to hear that they can take a cab. So we took a cab home!!

After reaching home I meet Ben for a drink at the coffee shop for awhile and that all for my day. So tired but happy =)

A way to go on diet

Happens to saw a diet formula on a forum today and don't really know whether does it work or not. The formula is from a programme by Jean Yip and it says that the 1st week you can only eat meat, 2nd you can eat meat and vegetables, 3rd week you can eat meat, vegetables and fruits, 4th week you can eat meat vegetables, fruits and rice.

(The meat eating meals can use for the 1st week only please don't try more than a week, cant really imagine the consequences.)

Someone says that "never eat protein with carbohydrates" they said the carbohydrates will 'wrap' the meat and make it hard to digest and turn into fats. So either you eat rice with vegetables or meat with vegetables. Better don't eat meat with rice, flour or potato. If you want to go on diet better don't eat the combinations of all these below

Not in a good mood

Not in a good mood today actually. I slept 9am this morning and my mum woke me up at 10am. I slept for 1 hour only than being called to wake up because somebody is coming to my house to fix my air-condition. I'm already not in a very good mood already and my mum still nag at me. ARHHH!!!

They coming on Monday too and they didn't fix anything today and didn't even went into my room. What's the point of waking me up and yet never fix anything. I feel sad more than I'm angry actually. I didn't make any noise and my mum nag at me like hell!!! Haiz ...

This evening I went to Blk 215 to meet dear and went back at 7 pm.. when I reach home around 15 minutes later, I actually wanted to take some photo but I can't find my mobile phone so I called and it doesn't ring, I'm so panic that I hang the phone(afraid that someone might heard it if it's outside). So I quickly ran down to where I sat just now and saw my mobile phone on the stone chair.
ARHH I'm so lucky that no one saw it.

Actually I wanted to draw a Chinese Dragon today but it's a bit difficult and complicated for me, I'm still learning how to draw a dragon(a nice one).

Went to Joycelyn house for dinner just now to countdown for her birthday ........ we went out to LAN center after dinner and played counterstrike for some rounds and we played DOTA after that. Angelia didn't join the dota match because she doesn't know how to play that game.

While we were playing halfway through the dota match, Wei Jun(bday girl's bf) pause the game beacuse it's going to 12midnight so we went to take the cake which they put it at the counter and sing a birthday song for her in the LAN shop. After eating the cake we continue the match.
The result??? My group won!!! Which include Ben(my boyfriend), Xian Long and his girlfriend.

After the match we play "spot the different" for 10mins till the shop close.

After that???
Go home loh!!

Joycelyn says she wanted to celebrate 2 days so we going out tomorrow(ops actually is later) again to celebrate her birthday.

The date December 21st, 2012 A.D. (13.0.0.0.0 in the Long Count), represents an extremely close conjunction of the Winter Solstice Sun with the crossing point of the Galactic Equator (Equator of the Milky Way) and the Ecliptic (path of the Sun), what that ancient Maya recognized as the Sacred Tree. This is an event that has been coming to resonance very slowly over thousands and thousands of years. It will come to resolution at exactly 11:11 am GMT.

The Tzolkin is a 260-day calendar based around the period of human gestation. It is composed of 20 day-signs, each of which has 13 variations, and was (and still is) used to determine character traits and time harmonics, in a similar way to Western astrology. The Maya also used a 365-day calendar called the Haab, and a Venus calendar, plus others. They measured long time periods by means of a Long Count, in which one 360-day year (a "Tun"), consists of 18 x 20-day "months" ("Uinals"). Twenty of these Tuns is a Katun; 20 Katuns is a Baktun (nearly 400 years); and 13 Baktuns adds up to a "Great Cycle" of 1,872,000 days, ( 5200 Tuns, or about 5125 years).

Mayan scholars have been attempting to correlate the Long Count with our Western Gregorian calendar, since the beginning of this century. There has been massive variation in the suggested correlations, but as early as 1905, Goodman suggested a correlation only 3 days from the most popular one today. Known as the GMT correlation, or "correlation # 584283", this was finalized in 1950, and puts the start of the Great Cycle ( day 0.0.0.0.0) on 11th August 3114 BC, and the end-date (known as 13.0.0.0.0.) as 21st December 2012.

Jose Arguelles has pointed out that the Tzolkin is a harmonic of the Great Cycle, and can be used to map history, as if it is measuring not individual gestation but species gestation, since 5 Great Cycles add to exactly 26,000 Tuns; the "Grand Year" or precession of the equinoxes - a higher harmonic of 260.

NOTE: The astronomer Philip Plait has stated very clearly that the Mayan calendar does not end in 2012 at all, that it is like the odometer on your car, as each section of the odometer reaches 9 and then clicks over to 0, the next number to it starts a new cycle, so that when all the numbers again reach 0 all the way across the odometer - the last number will change from 1 to 2 and the new cycle starts all over again.

Sunspot Cycles; Adrian Gilbert and Maurice Cotterell, in their book the Mayan Prophecies, say that the end of the Great Cycle is the culmination of a series of long-term sunspot cycles which will flip the sun’s magnetic field, causing earthquakes and flooding on earth. Moreover, the changing magnetic field will alter the endocrine production of the pineal gland. August 15, 2006: On July 31st, a tiny sunspot was born. It popped up from the sun's interior, floated around a bit, and vanished again in a few hours. On the sun this sort of thing happens all the time and, ordinarily, it wouldn't be worth mentioning. But this sunspot was special: It was backward.

"We've been waiting for this," says David Hathaway, a solar physicist at the Marshall Space Flight in Huntsville, Alabama. "A backward sunspot is a sign that the next solar cycle is beginning."

"Backward" means magnetically backward. Hathaway explains:

Sunspots are planet-sized magnets created by the sun's inner magnetic dynamo. Like all magnets in the Universe, sunspots have north (N) and south (S) magnetic poles. The sunspot of July 31st popped up at solar longitude 65o W, latitude 13o S. Sunspots in that area are normally oriented N-S. The newcomer, however, was S-N, opposite the norm.

This tiny spot of backwardness matters because of what it might foretell: A really big solar cycle.

Solar activity rises and falls in 11-year cycles, swinging back and forth between times of quiet and storminess. Right now the sun is quiet. "We're near the end of Solar Cycle 23, which peaked way back in 2001," explains Hathaway. The next cycle, Solar Cycle 24, should begin "any time now," returning the sun to a stormy state.

Satellite operators and NASA mission planners are bracing for this next solar cycle because it is expected to be exceptionally stormy, perhaps the stormiest in decades. Sunspots and solar flares will return in abundance, producing bright auroras on Earth and dangerous proton storms in space: full story.

But when will Solar Cycle 24 begin?

"Maybe it already did--on July 31st," says Hathaway. The first spot of a new solar cycle is always backwards. Solar physicists have long known that sunspot magnetic fields reverse polarity from cycle to cycle. N-S becomes S-N and vice versa. "The backward sunspot may be the first sunspot of Cycle 24."

It sounds exciting, but Hathaway is cautious on several fronts:

First, the sunspot lasted only three hours. Typically, sunspots last days, weeks or even months. Three hours is fleeting in the extreme. "It came and went so fast, it was not given an official sunspot number," says Hathaway. The astronomers who number sunspots didn't think it worthy!

Second, the latitude of the spot is suspicious. New-cycle sunspots almost always pop up at mid-latitudes, around 30o N or 30o S. The backward sunspot popped up at 13o S. "That's strange."

These odd-isms stop Hathaway short of declaring the onset of a new solar cycle. "But it looks promising," he says.

Even if Cycle 24 has truly begun, "don't expect any great storms right away." Solar cycles last 11 years and take time to build up to fever pitch. For a while, perhaps one or two years, Cycle 23 and Cycle 24 will actually share the sun, making it a hodgepodge of backward and forward spots. Eventually, Cycle 24 will take over completely; then the fireworks will really begin.

Meanwhile, Hathaway plans to keep an eye out for more backward sunspots.

I was packing my house yesterday and wanted to sell and throw all my old things away.

So today, there is one garang guni man came so we sell those unwanted things to him include one old Computer.

The garang guni man says he just want the CPU he doesn't want the keyboard, mouse, speaker and monitor. So my maid put it out side.

I told her to bring it in cos it can be sold and if it rains the monitor will spoilt but she says she's tired and said she will do it later. So by the time she go out, IT DISAPPEAR!!!!!

I'm so ANGRY now, told her to bring it in she don't want and now someone took it away!!! WTF man....

Bought new phone today :)

When out with mom in the afternoon today. Actually my sis and mom went out first and I told them I'll meet them a bit later but when they are out for just 1 hour, my sis called and told me that my mom wants to buy a phone and she forgot to bring her IC along, making me rush to Toa Payoh central and meet them.

Mom told me that Singtel has a promotion for KU990 at only $88 so we went to Singtel shop after she bought her phone at M1 shop. I trade in my old phone for $100 and re-sign my contract to get that phone. I suppose to get back $12 but the sales guy told me to exchange my 1GB memory card for a 2GB one at $12 so that he don't need to pay me back the balance and I agreed.

After buying phone we went to buy some clothes for CNY. Actually it's for a wedding dinner of my mom's friend tomorrow but we bought for CNY too, we shop in a shop for 1hr plus and bought 2 dress, 2 shorts, 1 pants, 1 shirt and 1 vest.

Around 7.30pm we went to the BAH KUT TEH shop for our dinner. The food there are not very nice and it's so damn expensive. Can you imagine 3 person for $50 plus? I mean $50 for eating not VERY tasty food. I rather eat at hawker center which taste better than this and it cost only $20 plus for 3 person bah.

Went Orchard with Ben yesterday evening, actually I just wanna shop for awhile and go home but Ben wanted to watch movie so we walk from Somerset to Plaza Sing for movie but there are not much choice for us so we went to the arcade for some game. After playing, we felt very bored so we still decided to watch movie.

We watch Quantum Of Solace, this show is all about action. To be honest, not really my type of movie but not bad lah still can understand.

A story of a foolish guy!!

I've decided to post this is because I really can't stand seeing him getting hurt like this all the time.

K, a friend of mine, has broke up with his girlfriend(A) for quite some time. This is the story of A and him.

After breaking up with A, K wants continue their friendship although they can't be couple and A agree that too. Time past and things has change, A started to show attitude towards K whenever she saw him.

What did K did??

No.. he didn't do anything that makes her angry.

(A was afraid that she might gave K an intention of giving him a chance to patch up.)

There was a day that K's friends(G and his GF) call them out for some shopping and K told them he doesn't feel like going because he was afraid the A doesn't like.

(and A told them if he was there then she won't be going)

But somehow they manage to ask her out and told K that she won't mind if he goes.

So ... K went with them...

When there reach and started to shop, K alone behind them all the time while they shop because A doesn't wants to talk to him and keep showing that "du lan" face of hers that's why he rather stay alone than making her feels so uneasy.

Ai ya to make it short ... the whole day she gave him a very "du lan" face lo and make him feel so hurt.

"Why call him out and makes him feel so hurt and left out after going?

Maybe they don't know things will work out this way (I assumed) but why would A said she won't mind if he was there in the first place?"

After that day, G and his gf call them out again and again trying to solve that problem but things still turn out to be the same way. They told K to give in to A because she's a girl so just let her be(who's the one being hurt? Not you leh of cos you let her be lah!) and K wouls always apologize to her for making her feels so uneasy and K will always be the one sending her home whenever they went out even though they are not staying in the same area. One is staying in Toa Payoh and the other one is in Yishun.

"Why would you apologize when it's not your fault? If I were you, I'll throw her there and go home alone loh. Why bother to send her if she hates you so much?"

Another incident is that, a few weeks back there is a BBQ party and A would be buying all those foods and stuff. So K just wanna help out(as a friend) by asking her that whether anything that he can buy or sponsor but she just scold him like hell (as if he has any bad intention or wants any benefits from her). He was just trying to help out and she take it as granted ( 好心当狗吠).

You can say that K still have feelings towards and yes but he doesn't expect her to accept him or whatsoever. He really treat her truly as a friend now and yet she treat him like an enemy. I told him to ignore her and gave her back the same face or say something like "you think I want to see you?" or whatever mean stuff whenever they meet up but he says she will cry and his friend(G and all) would says it's his fault making her cry. They will say the same thing like "she's a girl don't treat her in this way".

"Why can she treat you in this way and you can't treat her the same way?"

Wah liao eh.. Not only girls are weak, guys are also weak sometimes .... Guys are humans and have feelings too don't just because she is a girl and let her "F" her attitude like this... Can you please be more understanding.

If any of you has a similar situation, don't let the she/he fool you around.

She/he won't appreciate your kindness anyway. Why not be mean?

Cooking salmon fish

My Dinner Toady

We are having salmon for dinner today!! I told my maid that I wanna eat it raw but other than my sister and I nobody else dare to eat it raw. So she decided to cook some of it and slice some out to eat it raw.

She was not very sure how to cook it so I check on the Internet and decided to pan fried it.

How to pan fried salmon??

1. Slice of the skin if there is any. (my maid didn't slice it off)

2. Marinate the salmon with some salt and pepper.

3. Spread some butter on pan.

4. Put in your salmon.

5. Pan fried it till it became brownish. (remember to flip it or else it will burn)

I read some article online saying that eating uncooked salmon is a risk but who cares?
I just love eating it raw and not being sure that does this salmon can be eaten raw or not. Anyway I ate it and nothing happens. If there is something, I'll inform you.

I think Rush 2 is very unique because I never seen any fragrance look like this. Does the photo above gave you the impression that the fragrant is in a box?

No it isn't, the fragrant itself look like this and it's made of plastic. Very light in weight, has a very pleasant, sweet, sexy and seductive fragrance.

I've read some reviews about this fragrant, lots of bad comments and some good ones too. Lots of people says it's too seductive and it's smells like "whore". It's suitable for night out.

It takes a bit of confidence to wear it. Guys said it's nice but to girls, they said it's too "cheap".

After all...... I like this fragrant =P. You dare to give it a try??

HOT Couture for Women by GIVENCHY(50ml)

Hot couture EDT it's fragrance is quite strong. Hot Couture is a creation that aims to complement the woman's body, combining sensuality and glamour with refinement and elegance. Not much to say about this actually.

To tell you honestly, I don't really like the fragrance of Hot Couture. It smells too mature for me.

Maybe it suits my mum.

Coach Boxes

My mum brought back 2 coach's boxes when she came home today. We thought she bought something and when we open up the box, it's empty. It's my favorites colour, pink and purple!!!! Nice right the box??? Now I can put my stuffs in it. The purple one is quite big leh. Too big and yet too small actually. Don't know what things can I put in. It's too big for small stuffs and too small for big stuff. Haiz .. The pink one better lah... hahaxx

Creating my phone's theme this whole evening and it takes quite a long time for me to complete it. It's a picture of my cousin, Xiao Tong. I did this theme again and again, keep on editing those mistakes. Lot's of defects and mistakes after downloading it but it's worthy because...

After making that theme I accompany Ben to have his dinner at the coffee shop near our house.

We ordered 4 cans of ice lemon tea in total.

After that we realise that on the can has a luck draw print which had a chance to win up to $50,000. The 2nd prize is $50 and 3rd prize is $0.50.

So Ben suggest that we should bought more like the whole table of Ice Lemon Tea and we'll have higher chance to win the prize.

"What if we bought $50 of Lemon tea and won a $0.50?" What a lame suggestion... and who will finish all those cans? Some more we bought 4 cans and only 2 cans have the lucky draw, what if we bought 50 cans and only 20 have the lucky draw?

Hai ya!!! It's only a joke lah.... Who will be that stupid to buy so many cans just to try their luck?

Went to grandma's house

Went to grandma's house today and had dinner with her.

This is what we do before dinner.

Not very interesting video but it's fun to spend time with my family. Usually every Sunday we'll have some kind of family meeting or so called family dinner but my younger aunt brought her children to Vietnam for holiday this week. So it's very quiet today, no sound of children playing, no children running here and there.

Elder aunt is here today, usually it's only she and her husband came but today my cousin, Jia Ning, is here too. Really very shock loh.

She's afraid of dog that we all knows but I didn't expect her to be here. So I got no choice but to lock my dog in the room until they went off. They are just here for around 30mins only bah. It's just awhile only. They are always not here for dinner, came and talk for awhile and they went off.

It's actually quite a bored today. Ben actually plan to go for a swim at Jurong but I told him that I got to go to my grandma's home so we canceled the trip. Go next time bah. So sorry dar....

Came back from movie

Just came back from movie..

We went to Cineleisure Orchard to watch movie instead of Bishan because there was no time to rush there for the last show. We took bus 105 to Scott's road and walk to Cineleisure. We reach there around 1am and bought a 1.25am show. The title is Quarantine.

The show is a bit like Colverfield filming method. A cameraman carried the camera through out the whole movie. It's just like you watch live news. Not so bad compare to Cloverfield.

This show is about a reporter and the cameraman are assigned to spend the night shift with a Los Angeles Fire Station.
A routine 911 call takes them to a small apartment building due to a woman's blood curdling screams from one of the unit.
Unbeknownst to them, that woman who screamed has contracted a rare strain of rabies.

After a few of the residents are viciously attacked, they try to escape but CDC has quarantined the building.
Phones, Internet, televisions, walkie talkie and cell phone access have been cut-off, and officials outside are not relaying information to those who are locked inside the building.

So the story is about how they try to get out of the building. Not very good ending but worth watching. Very gross, lots of blood and disgusting scenes. It is rated NC16. Those who watched Cloverfield will think this is much better than that. It's 10 times better loh.

Cloverfield has so many shaky scenes but this has not much. You won't fell uncomfortable with when you watch. I didn't mean uncomfortable for the gross part. If you don't like gross movie better don't watch.

The Ice Cream man

There was a guy outside my door just now when i came home he came here to "force" sell his ice-cream.

Why I use "force" this word is because I had already said NO I don't want any ice-cream to him but he keep pursuing me. This is our conversation,

(when i was outside preparing to go in)
Ice cream man: Miss, buy one ice cream from me leh.

Me: Don't want.

Ice cream man: Buy la. Don't like that leh.

Me: Don't want lah.

Ice cream man: Just buy 1 lah?

Me: I go in and ask if anybody wants ok?

Ice cream man: Ok Ok!! Go Go!! (think i'm your dog ar? call me go..)

(open door and ask my maid but she said she had no money)
Me: They don't want.

Ice cream man: Buy lah. 1 only. Support me lah.
(why i must support him?)

Me: No money. Don't want.

Ice cream man: $1 only very cheap de. Buy lah please.

Me: Don't want lah. I still got ice cream at home.(but actually don't have)

Ice cream man: Nevermind lah. Just support me lah. $1 only.
(it's not the cost loh, it's the ice cream like not nice)

Me: I don't like to eat ice cream lah.

Ice cream man: Don't bluff me la. Just buy 1 la. (feel like slamming the door already)

Me(in a angry voice): I really don't want!!!!

Ice cream man: Ok loh... nevermind... (showing the sad sad face as if I care)

Stupid ice cream man!!!! Where got people sell things use force de? I already give him face entertain him with my smile and told him I don't want it. I treat him very good le lor.
I can just slamed the door infront of his face de but I didn't loh.
Next time still got this kind of things happen, I just act "dao" don't talk to him, don't smile. Just close the door. lolx

Ben says he want to bring me go watch movie tonight. But don't know what to watch leh.
Now movie ticket so expensive leh... $10 for 1 ticket.. Last week we went bishan to watch "The City of Ember" $20 for 2 ticket lo... When we pay money and got our ticket then we realise we forgot to show the safra card..... sianzz ... Got safra card is $8 per ticket neh .... Waste $4 leh ... haiz ... Tonight must remember.

Don't really know how long will I last for this blog.

I don't really like to update my previous blog because I'm sharing the same account with my sis.
The reason why I'm sharing with her is because that I can't create a google account that time to merge with my blogger account that is why I'm sharing with her.

Friends always says that I create a new blog and blog for a moment and stop updating.
I guess you guys will say the same thing again. Asking will I update or not. Am I right?

When to DFS Scotts (my mum's company) yesterday evening cos my mum's friend(that uncle)'s friend wanted to but a pen. So that uncle ask my mum to help his friend buy so that she will have discount.

That uncle look so rich man!! When he took his money out of his pocket is a stack of thousands and hundreds dollar notes. My mum told me he always bring so much money with him.
I was wondering, does he afraid of being robbed? lolx ...

After buying the pen we went opposite to Far East Plaza to had our dinner. Before eating we went for some shopping. We bought 3 pairs of slippers in the same design but different colours. The colours are Black, Pink and White. For mine is Pink size 36 which is a bit too big for me. The Black and the White are size 37 which is for my sis and my mum. Actually I wanted to buy 35 but my sis says that I'm selfish BECAUSE if i buy 35 they CANNOT wear!!!

After buying slippers we went to level 4(a Thai restaurant) to had our dinner. The first thing we sat down and look at the menu,

my bro says: Mommy, I want to eat SHARK FIN!!

So cute of him. The first item in the menu is the shark fin soup cost $6(promotion price). While we were discussing what to order,

my bro says: Mommy, I want to eat HOR FUN!!!

He is like totally eating different food from us. We order rice, vegetables, beef, sotong etc ... but he eat hor fun and shark fin. Ours is like 5 persons eating 1 set for 4 persons which cost $40+ (doesn't include my bro) but his shark fin cost $6, Hor Fun cost $5 which total is $11.
SO expensive...

But the dinner is on that rich uncle's bill. lolxx

When shopping after eating, bought a bag for my bro and a hoodie for my sis. Finish shopping we went Toa Payoh Central to pay bill and then took bus 238 home.

I alight at blk219 went to Ben's blk to wait for him to come back from work then I accompany him to the coffee shop to had his dinner. After that we went home and that's all for my day. =)
